Call for Proposals Closes on 1 October 2017

Fintech Summit is a progressive, analytical, thought-provoking conference that caters to banking and finance service professionals so they win in 2017 and beyond.

Steps to Submit Your Proposal

Step 1: Identify a topic that is relevant to the FSI audience: they're technical, professional, and very smart. FSI places emphasis on original presentation ideas that focus on real-world scenarios, relevant examples, and knowledge transfer. Each proposal has to subscribe to one or more of the co-located topics below.

Step 2: Carefully read the FSI 2017 CfP Submission Guidelines [+]

  • Proposals are preferred from independent speakers who are not associated with an organization that has marketing interest in FSI. For vendor representatives and evangelists responding to the CfP, there is clearly no scope for marketing pitches, product plugs or any reference whatsoever to their organization's products or service offerings. Sponsored talks are permitted through conference sponsorship. For further details on sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities, please contact Marc Naz.
  • Estimated presentation length- there are three types of presentations - Long Talk (60 mins), Short Talk (30 mins) and Flash Talk (15 mins). Submission of final presentation decks to the conference chair is required on or before the 1st of October 2017 to enable publication of the conference proceedings.
  • Complimentary Registration- one presenter per selected presentation is eligible for complimentary full conference registration to FSI 2017, which includes admission to the exhibit hall and conference (general & break-out sessions), delegate material, delegate luncheons, coffee/refreshments, and cool conference gear. FSI does not cover flights, hotel or other incidental expenses for CfP submissions that are accepted.
  • Once the abstract has been submitted through the submission form (below), an automatic email response will be sent to confirm receipt. Please retain the email for your records.
  • All conference proceedings, including audio, video, photo and text transcriptions, at FSI 2017 will automatically become copyright of Saltmarch Media (India) Pvt Ltd., and may be published (commercial or non-commercial) using different mediums to disseminate information to a larger audience.

Important Dates

  • Last date for submission of proposals: October 1, 2017
  • Completion of Proposal Review by Conference Chair: October 20, 2017
  • Notification of selected speakers*: November 3, 2017
  • Selected speakers to submit final manuscripts (PPT, PPTX): December 1, 2017
  • FSI 2017 - Bangalore: December 8, 2017

* Kindly note that since we typically receive large volume of proposals, we are able to write back only to confirmed speakers.
